Your order will be shipped within one business day of payment being received.
We do buy samples of our jewellery for our own personal use and ensure they are of excellent quality.
All our products are individually and carefully examined before shipment.
However, if for any reason you wish to return the item, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. You will be issued store credit for the value of the item.
We cannot refund postage costs and postage of a replacement will be paid by the buyer.
Please contact us by email ASAP to notify us of your intentions. The item must not have been worn and must be in its original condition with tags attached, together with original packaging.
Note: Returns will not be accepted after this period has lapsed.
Cases where items are lost or damaged in transit (although very rare) should be taken up with Australia Post. It is important to provide the correct mailing address and we cannot accept responsibility for incorrect supply of details. We recommend Registered Post to avoid delivery problems.
